Entry Requirements: Applicants must complete secondary school qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12. The minimum English language proficiency requirements for degree courses are paper-based TOEFL (PBT) - a minimum test score of 550 with a TWE (Test of Written English) score of 5.0 or a computer-based TOEFL (CBT) score of 213 with an Essay Rating (ER) score of 5.0 or an internet-based TOEFL (iBT) score of 80+ with a minimum of 20 in all sections or an IELTS (Academic Module) score of 6.0, with no subtest score below 6. An undergraduate degree with distinction (70 per cent) or above (or equivalent grades) in at least the last two units of the two majors (or equivalent studies); and credits (60 per cent) or above (or equivalent grades) in at least 60 per cent of the total number of undergraduate units attempted. IELTS (Academic Module) result with an overall score of 6.5 (no band less than 6.0). Selection into this course is based on performance in students’ prior studies at undergraduate and postgraduate level. It is normally expected that students have performed at least at a distinction level in prior undergraduate studies. Postgraduate studies will be evaluated according to the nature of the relevant degree. Students also need to submit a statement about their prior work experience and reasons for applying for the course in no more than 1000 words.
