Course Description
Both undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses leading to a doctorate in the subject are offered by universities. If you do not have a basic degree in economics but wish to take it up for your masters, you can do so as the masters courses offered by some schools contain the fundamentals of economics in their curriculum. Many of these courses at the undergraduate level are named Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Business Law, Bachelor of Business Communication and Bachelor of Business Management, Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development and Bachelor of International Relations. All these courses essentially deal with economics and the course content may vary slightly from one course to another. Those who wish to study further in the same field can do so by opting for a Masters degree in the same topics. Job opportunities for students are available through career fairs and on campus fairs by the recruiting agencies.
Course Requirements
You need to have good grades in your 11 th and 12 th grades for gaining an admission into a good University for this course. While most of the universities do not ask for a commerce background, some do. Foreign students may have to submit their IELTS score to show proficiency in written and spoken English.
