Entry Requirements: Students must hold the degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science, with first or second class honours, from the University of Tasmania or from another approved university or tertiary institution. Students who hold the Diploma of Psychology of the University of Tasmania obtained at the level 'Pass with Credit', or a degree or diploma from an approved university or tertiary institution at a standard equivalent to those referred to above, and which contains an equivalent component of coursework and research in psychology, may be considered for admission to the degree course. In special cases applicants who hold a Diploma of Psychology from the University of Tasmania obtained at the level of 'Pass', or a degree or diploma of equivalent standing, and appropriate professional experience may be considered for admission. International students must provide an IELTS test score of at least Band 6 with a minimum of 6.0 on all bands or a TOEFL score of 575 with a Test of Written English score of no less than 4.5. This test must not be more than 24 months old.
