Entry Requirements: An applicant must be degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from this University, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty; or a nursing or allied health degree from this University or another recognised institution; or a level of health-related education and a duration and level of professional experience which, in the opinion of the Faculty, would enable the applicant to complete the course; or satisfactory completion of the Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education from this University. And students must also have English language competence of TEE English/English Literature - Scaled mark of 50 or above; English as a Second Language - Final mark of 66.60 or above (in 2007);New WA Certificate of Education: English, Literature or English as an Additional Language/Dialect - Scaled mark of 50 or above UWA Centre for English Language Teaching (CELT) Bridging Course - Final CELT examination grade B or above; Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) - Scores of Verbal - 150, Written English - 145 (minimum).
